9/27 clinic

Today I met my goal from last time. My goal was to learn how to probe. I felt like I did better with probing than with exploring. I learned some better ways to fulcrum and I passed off my fulcruming PE today. My goal for next time is to pass off my extraoral exam PE.

9/25 clinic

I met my goal from last time because I did learn how to use the explorer. Even though I learned it, I can't promise that I am good at it. I was able to use a better typodont this time and that made things a lot better. We passed off our health history PE, but I have a hard time remebering everything that we are suppose to do. I think it will get better with each time I do it. My goal for next time is to learn how to use the probe.

9/20 clinic

Today I didn't meet my goal from last time because I didn't pass off my health history PE, but I did pass off my vital signs PE. I learned about adaption and I practiced it on a typodont and on Tamara. I had a hard time with the typodont because mine didn't have a base. I got a little frustrated with the typodont but it was better when I was practicing on a person. My goal for nest time is to learn how to use the explorer.

9/18 CLINIC

Today I met my goal from last time which was to learn the intraoral exam. I felt like the intraoral was easier to remember all the structures than the extraoral exam. I feel like I am starting to clean up faster now. My goal for next clinic is to pass off my health history PE.

9/13/06 clinic

I met my goal for last time which was to practice indirect vision. Using indirect vision was a liitle weird at first. We also practiced fulcrums which was really strange. I had a hard time using a fulcrum in the back of the mouth. We also practiced extraoral examinations. My goal for next time is to learn how to do the intaoral examinations.

9/11/06 clinic

Today I met my goal from last time which was to take someone's blood pressure. It was really hard for me to hear the systolic BP. I feel like the chair positions are getting a lot easier. It is really hot in clinic but other than that it is fun. My goal for next time is to work on my indirect vision.

Today went well. I feel like I am getting the chair positions. Today we did health histories. At first it was a little confusing with what we had to write with the medications but it got easier after we did it a coulpe of times and when we did the heath history on each other. I met my goal from last time because I completed a health history. My goal for next time is to successfully take someone's blood pressure.
