5/18/07 clinic

Some days I wonder what I am doing any why I am so slow. My first patient was half class 2 and half class 5 and I didn't even finish, I only finished the right side. Also my x-rays were a mess, I haven't cone cut in I don't know how long but I did today. I have a hard time getting my patients here on time or even to come. My patient no showed this afternoon so an hour into the clinic session I found a patient and had a hard time with getting him done and he was four quads of a 5. The overwhelmed part is my experience today compounded with not having any prospects for a mock board patient. Errr this is so hard.
